PR Shipping SRL, based in Constanta, Romania, was founded in 2008 as an agent for ocean-going and river vessels. Over time, the office developed into the central provider of logistics services in Romania.
The range of services includes communication with the terminals as well as the organisation of port handling, warehousing, surveys and customs clearance.
Truck, rail and inland waterway pre- and on-carriage are also part of the range of services offered.
 

Panta Rhei LCC, Odessa/Ukraine

Since 2007, Panta Rhei LCC has had its own office in the seaport of Odessa. As a reliable port forwarder, Panta Rhei Ukraine coordinates transshipment activities as well as pre- and on-carriage transports and is the official agent for sea-going vessels. Panta Rhei Ukraine also acts as a charterer and broker for sea-going vessels.
